You are most likely not the person who wides with them in critical mass, or on midnight rides, or joins them in bicycle activism. You are, rather, going to butter their bread....

Pretty perfect if you feel the need to get your "alt-on", have heaps of money, have real-world Puck fantasies, and really don't care for customer service. Nice and grungy and definitely too cool for school. The guys that work there seem a bit overqualified and impatient, bit too old to be wearing those silly little caps and the urban outfitters tee-shirts.

Do not be fooled by the "non-profit" part. It is all profit. This shop nickels and dimes you at every turn. Don't be fooled by you might like this one, "it's pretty cheap". NO, their stuff is overpriced, do not commit and do check around.

I do wish it was a better shop, with much better service. There are older, cooler, and cheaper shops in the mission.

• Cons: Overpriced, Impatient sales staff, bad service...
