In Short – Since 1975, the machismo set have made this a second home for super-cheap Pacifico and ample table space for a game of chess. And food? It's here if you want it--generous Mediterranean offerings, plus the usual salads and sandwiches. Unlike most cafes, this one doesn't keep regular hours, and on weekend nights, the beer, wine and conversation can flow late.
