Do NOT waste your time!! YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!. This place is absolutely awful!!! I usually go to Big Mouth but I was kinda on a date & the guy I was with was craving a burger & I thought this place would have a little more hustle & bustle inside. I was wrong! It was about 9:00 PM on a Saturday & two other people were in there. Needless to say after we received our meals & I took my first bite I was definitely embarrassed for suggesting this place!! About halfway into our meal my date asked, “What would you give this burger on a scale of 1-10?” I said a 2! He replies with, “Ya, that sounds about right.”

The paddies on the burger were about 1 centimeter thick & just downright gross!! I ordered what was supposed to be a mini burger which looked pretty much the same size as his “regular burger.” Along with two fries (that had an odd texture to them like they were deep fried in the wrong oil or something) & no drinks our bill came out to almost $18 dollars!! If you want a good burger do not waste your time or money with this place, I assure you, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!

I guess that is what I get for cheating on Big Mouth when they have never let me down once.. I assure you I will never be swayed against the mighty Big Mouth Burger again!!

Great Burgers. I didn't realize how great the burgers here are, until I tried a couple other burger places, and realized how superior they really are.

Worst Burgers in Town. I went there with my girlfriend one night and we rdered 2 well done cheeseburgers. I took a bite of of the burger and it was soft and red in the middle. I then had them re cook the burger and it was the exact same. Red and bloody. I will never eat here again and would never reccomened this place to anyone.

One of the BEST in SF!. You can't go wrong with $7 burger INCLUDING fries that taste fresh cut and not frozen like other places. Not much of a selection, but if you want a simple burger, you will be happy. Pick your cheese, maybe add bacon, and enjoy! They may have a chicken sandwhich, and possibly a garden burger. You will not be disappointed! Only negative is the lack of street parking, which is true for all of Valencia! Enjoy!

Excellent Burger, Fast, Cheap. Burgers are simple, juicy, and prepared fresh. Try the milkshakes, which are thick and perfectly complement the chuck and fresh fries. Retro-design is cute. Lots of tables. Good for kids and groups.

A Mission hamburger stand that puts a San Francisco twist on the all-American staple.. In Short
Fluorescent turquoise tables and big, red bench seats trimmed in a luminous shade of lime capture the Warholian spirit of this place. Even the food itself--good ol' burgers, hot dogs and shakes--appears to glow, thanks to a spotlight directed at every table.
Burgers and all-beef hot dogs are made with all-natural Niman Ranch meat, and only free-range chicken breasts make it into the sandwiches. Garden burgers and hot dogs are also available.

Tops!. Absoultely delicious burgers and always courteous service. Ambiance takes you back to the old joints of the 50s -- I think, I wasn't born then, but that's the feeling I get. Very clean.

$4.50 for a shake. Pretty good burger (generic), good fries, good price. Typical low budge diner feel to the place. $2 shake costs $4.50. not ok.

Great Burger & Fries. This review is for the Burger Joint on Haight Street. The cheddar cheese burger was fantastic as were the fries. Toppings inclued mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles. The burger is a generous size as were the fries. The menu is limted, but who cares when the burger and fries are the best. The dining area is large and comfortable, a throw back to the 1950 motif with neon and booths.

YUCK. The burgers were like cardboard and the tables were sticky. The fries had no taste. I wouldn't spend a dime here. My dining partner and I were very disappointed in our meal.
