Tips for Valencia Pizza & Pasta

Yikes.
This place certainly has inexpensive prices and more than reasonable portions of food (abeit pretty mundane). But, what wigs Mr. Peepers out about the place is the sad and dirty little bathroom, which I believe the workers use too. I can't imagine alot of hand washing goes on. But, then again, I am not with the SF Dept. of Public Health, which I assume inspects this restaurant on a reasonable basis.

Reasonable prices, large portions and filling home-style dishes draw locals to this tiny Italian joint for three meals a day..
In Short
This small Mission District restaurant with simple furnishings and plastic tabletops makes up for its unexciting decor with generous servings of Italian food sold at rock-bottom prices. At breakfast, lunch and dinner there is usually a line of locals waiting outside for huge portions of cheesy omelets, a lamb shank big enough for two and creamy pesto pasta with a side of steamed vegetables. Beers are also available for $2.
