Food is good BUT THE OWNER IS SO RUDE.
I really like the food, think it's very good but the owner is SO rude that after 3 yrs of going, i decided that i'll never go back to this restaurant.
the owner never smiles, never says hi and goodbye OR EVEN THANK YOU.
That's sad, because i'm sure the restaurant is always empty because of his behaviour
no minnie meanie here. even after reading the reviews about infamous minnie meanie, my boyfriend and i decided to try the place anyway. she must have had off, but there was a very pleasant and attentive man that served us instead. the noodle soup is ok-- dont like the ground pepper in the soup and i wish there were more noodles. but the appetizers were good. next time around we're going to order an entree. this place is good for a casual night when you spontaneously decide to put on a pair of sweats and walk to dinner.
Editorial Review. Traditional Vietnamese fare including meat, seafood and veggie dishes, served in a modest restaurant space; delivery also available.
Great Food - We Takeout Often. We order takeout from here at least every 2 weeks. The food is great - especially the cold pork and shrimp rolls, shrimp lemon soup and vegie dishes. They deliver very quickly, but we live only about 6 blocks away. I have used them for catering (ordered 20+ orders of the rolls) for 2 different cocktails parties, and they were a huge hit! I have eaten at the restaurant, and it is just blah - great for a quick lunch, but no ambience.
BAD SERVICE. The food at this hole in the wall was decent and inexpensive. It was the service that stunk and not worth the cheap eats. Attitude from the 15 year old waitress and a bill that was a 1/2 hour late, does not make for a great dining experience. I suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere. It's just not worth it!
teenie meanie. Despite tasyty food and good lunchtime prices, we received horrible service from our waitress. She was short and rude in her responses to us, though we tired to be polite. We asked for our check at 1:15. She came out many times with many other checks, brought back change, chatted with other patrons, served up food, but by 1:35 we still didn't have our check. So we threw our money on the table and left angrily. As we left, we heard someone mutter, "give her a break, she's only 15". NOT OUR PROBLEM!
