Prompt & professional. I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called O'grady at 9:00 AM on Monday and they scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM that day. They arrived right on time. Pat the plumber was professional, quick, clean and very nice. 90 day guarantee on the job and a $25 discount for a first time customer. O'Grady maybe a little more expensive than others but I decided to use their service anyway. It's always nice to have agood plumber when you need one!

glorious merchandising!. They house an impeciable collection and have glorious displays. There is something for everyone here, from children to adults. The landscaping area in the back is also quite impressive. There is no other store on the West Coast like it. Only drawback? The staff could be a little less pretentious.

Peace of mind. I had a nightmare of a Sunday morning with my sewer system backing up into my house. O'Grady plumbing showed up promptly on a Sunday morning and spent a good portion of the day hard at work and getting a dirty job done. They were great...very friendly, nice and professional. The price was more than reasonable for all the hard work. They even came back a couple of days later to make sure the job was done right and to explain and diagnose the situation so I could make an educated decision about repairs moving forward. I highly recommend these guys, they're great!
