Emergency traveler. I had to fly out on an emergency to Guatemala and I recieved outstanding service from Yvette. She gave me options from different airports and when I missed a flight in San JOse she quickly redirected me out of San Francisco and I was able to arrive in time for the funeral. I meant to call her and say how grateful I am to you. If you hadn't cared I would never have made it.
