El Faralto's Burritos are the bomb. Don't let the small cramped size of the place fool you You're in and out in a jiffy I drive all the way from Sacramento once a year to get my fix Derinitely worth the drive and wait I'm even going next week!

Love IT!. Love this place! Everytime I come here, I come for the Burritos. Every other place i've tried in the city just can't compare. This is my #1 spot for a burrito.

food is fantastic is all i can say. we loved it just like mexico -- wife had the chicken burrito and i had the carne wished we had got the al pastor but we could'nt even eat the 2 we got -- was worth the 30 min bus ride down from 4 th street we will more than likly go back before we go back to knoxville tn -- highly recommend but its a hole in the wall ( we didn't mind at all)so don't expect nothing but fantastic food.........

The best burrito in the city.. It always frustrates me to see all the Mission Hipsters lavishing all of their gushy accolades onto Taqueria Cancun when the REAL DEAL is right down the freaking street at El Farolito. Look here people... if you want to be satisfied by huge burritos - the boiled chicken is a personal fave - , tortas or platas of fresh mexican food at an unbelievable price then head to El Farolito. You'll thank me.

Best nasty restaurant of my life. You want dirty but excellent? Nothing describes Farolito better then that. The staff is nice, the Quesadillas are sick.

Best deal in town - hands down. Tarqeria El Farolito, with two locations in the Mission, is the best deal on food, all cuisines considered. Every time you go in, you know what to expect. The Super Nachos ($4.95) are about five pounds of deliciousness, with cheese, onions, guacamole, jalapenos, salsa, beans and meat completely covering a huge mound of chips! They always have three salsas available for self-scooping. The quesadilla suiza is big enough for 2-4 people. And the burritos are perfectly huge. I usually chop mine in 1/2 and save the rest for lunch the next day.

Best in SF. Whenever I'm in the mission I always stop at Farolito for a burrito. Excellent carne asada and grilled chicken. Big enough for lunch the next day!

No frills dining. Rough area, rough clientele, very good tacos. Went after walking around the auto show for hours, we were really hungry and this was a cheap although precarious choice.
