What People Are Saying About Crunch Fitness

In Short – Crunch makes working out alluring with pumping music, "inspirational" videos and peek-a-boo shower stalls. Nothing crosses the line, however, and the staff and members are respectful. All the favorites are here, from the generous steam room and treadmills to those forbidding-looking quad-stretchers. The clincher is the three-story climbing wall and classes that range from hip-hop aerobics to ballet and yoga.

Towels Not Sanitary
by Sappheire
I have always felt that handing out towels at the front desk was not sanitary. Most recently I brought in a guest that made see that I am exposing myself to viruses/infections. Being a member of Crunch Fitness it never registered to me that its not sanitary for the towels to be at the front. I observed one day staff at the front desk get the buckets of towels to fold. They are collecting money, swiping cards, drinking, beverages, they rub their noses, and the topper is that they fold them on the counter that is already dirty. No one washes their hands to fold. They hand out the towels and we use them on our face and body. People need to know this is not sanitary or healthy.
- Cons: Towels are not sanitary - I am grossed out
Craptastic Customer Service
by johnnyutah86
I tried to do some consumer research to find out prices and what gyms had on the phone because I am busy. Thus want to find the right gym.
Instead of giving a price for any level of membership they chose to just lose a customer instead.
- Pros: Who knows
- Cons: Won't give a price over the phone, Only if they can guide you around
