Three strikes and they are out. Three strikes and they are out. I just had my third bad experience with this repair shop and will never go back. They were initially recommended by my insurance company, USAA. The first incident involved missing a wedding. I had to turn back because they had not properly attached the trim on the exterior of the car and it was flapping so much I thought it would fly off on 101. The second incident, different car, involved leaving a razor blade in the trunk area, along with tools that I found after going home. The most recent incident is what appears to be a tool left in the interior of the third car rolling around. I am so frustrated with this that I plan to put off my return for a few weeks - because I just don't have time to keep going back to the garage to have them take care, again, of what should have been done while the car was being repaired. That's it for me. Also, the cost this last time was $500 over the estimate, I never received a call indicating this would be the case, simply was told when signing the bill.....

Ontime, reasonably priced, good quality service. Charles Henry performed major body work on our 2001 Volvo. Their rates were comparable with other body shops in the city, and they were early with getting the job done. We would definitely go there again, although we hope we won't have to.
