I was really impressed with Town & Country. First, I worked with [another agency]. They sent me six candidates, and I didn't like anyone they sent me. Then I started working with T&C, and Rosemarie [the Baby Nurse I hired] was the first person I met. Elizabeth really listened to me; she paid attention to what I needed and was looking for. Then she made the match. At [the other agency], no one was really listening to me.

I honestly rarely spend the time to tell organizations how great they are - but Town & Country has just been fabulous to work with - both in terms of the permanent placement of my current Nanny, as well as for temporary help. (My Placement Counselors) were great to work with and I have been EXTREMELY happy with both placements. Iris was great and Emily is fabulous. Emily has only been here 2 days, but she is everything I was hoping for and more. When you have to leave your only child with someone else it is very hard, but I have total trust in Emily and also had total trust with Iris.

Candidates were - as a whole - at a much higher level of professional experience & competence than I had expected. MaryPat, by the way, was excellent - found a way to keep me going when I flagged during the nanny search, and yet she was never pushy.
