Thank you so much! I am so grateful to have found T+C and our Nanny! What was most valuable to me was the fact that all the leg-work (background checks, references, experience) was done for us and we just had to see who "fit" best with our family.

We worked with Joanne to find our first Nanny and it was one of the best experiences I have had in customer service. I am so often underwhelmed and was so surprised to be so overwhelmed by Joanne's competence, respect, responsiveness, accuracy and cheerful/warm personality. I looked forward to chatting with her about the process, knew she could answer my every question and also help me (a brand new Mom) navigate the waters of finding a Nanny. It was a pretty sad process for me as I was uncertain about going back to work and leaving my 4 month old with anyone. Joanne was so comforting and assuring that we would find someone who would make me feel ok about leaving. AND WE DID! I am sure you hear this feedback...all the time but I wanted to be sure! A very pleased customer.

I thought Cheryl was FABULOUS. My son seemed to really like her, and I felt totally comfortable leaving him with her. I will definitely be requesting her if/when I need a temporary Nanny again.

Sarah and Cara did an excellent job keeping candidates in the pipeline when I hadn't found someone yet. I would add that Sarah and Cara were not only HIGHLY responsive to me, but proactive in anticipating and planning next steps. They were truly my advocates. Sarah gave me constructive feedback about how I was managing the interviews - and appreciated her candor and diplomacy.

It was great - I was in a crunch and it ended up working out. I wasn't sure that I'd find a nanny in such a short ammount of time, especially one who fit so well with our family.

Hassle-free evening. Thank you for allowing us a hassle-free evening. My husband and I used your temporary services this past Friday night and arrived home to an immaculate and quiet home. The next morning our toddler referred to her Nanny as 'my very fun friend' and my older child deemed her 'very cool'. Wow!

Our Nanny is fantastic. Our Nanny is fantastic- we just love her! She is friendly and pleasant to be around, creative, fun and very smart and organized. She has already improved our lives immeasurably! We really couldn't be happier!
