I had my tattoo done here years ago. Nothing fancy- but my husband has has major work done here and it is beautiful. Avelino is really talented and his pricing is fair. Kind of a seedy neighborhood- go in the daytime if you can- I was always able to get a spot right in front.

• Pros: talented- non condescending
• Cons: neighborhood , hard to reach by phone
