Synergy Fitness has been one of San Francisco's most popular personal training studios since opening in 1995. Our success stems from our highly experienced, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic personal trainers. We offer three convenient locations to work out with a trainer in a clean, comfortable, un-crowded, unpretentious atmosphere. An abundance of equipment is available in our spacious private personal training studios and our Marina & Sacramento Street locations offer Pilates classes. Our Sacramento Street location also offers yoga classes.
We cater to independent personal trainers and their clients so there are no membership fees--just the arrangement you have with your personal trainer. Our trainers work with individuals of all fitness levels.

Best Personal Trainers in the City. Synergy is a great private personal training studio. I started working out with Mark, the owner. I was trying to get back into shape after having a baby. He was able to work around my busy schedule and I am happy to say that I was back in my regular clothes in 6 weeks. I have referred two other friends there as well. All the trainers there seem knowledgeable, so even if you can't train with Mark, you can't go wrong.
