True Craftsmen. I just had a pair of boots touched up that had gotten scuffed on the toe. Not only did they match the color,( the color is gray), I couldn't tell where scuff was. Excellent job! In fact, I also left my wife's boots off to be resoled, and, not only were they friendly, and helpful, they were informative, also.

They have had my business in the past, and, in case I had forgotten why I have gone there before, the gray boots reminded me. You gentlemen are craftsmen and artisans, thank you. Make these guys your boot/shoe repair shop.

frank is the best. franks shoe repair on polk street is wonderful!!!if i ever have any issue no matter how big or small ,he takes good care of me,i have been too many shoe repair places,frank is by far the best!!!5 stars!!!>his service is what sets him apart,always up beat,friendly and sincere,he makes me feel at home,and he does incredible work!!!i have taken leather jackets,shoes you name it,and I have never been unhappy>he is by far the best shoe repair in the bay area!!!!

They fix it good. This guy (owner) and help are pros. They fix it all and do a really good job. I have been going over 8 years. Never a bad experience, I always come out ahead. I see nutty people bring in things that are old and worn and go crazy if they get it back and it doesn't look brand new! People amaze me, then they have the gumption to write bad reviews!I go there because the price is good, the work is excellent Find me a better place and I'll go., on second thought, why change if I am happy. Why would I go anywhere else. Give them a try for all your repair stuff. Nittai66

Great Boot Repairs/Modifications. Knee-high boots don't fit my calves, so I take my boots (many styles/brands) to Daniel and he adds material/leather etc...and works miracles. I can wear fashionable knee-high boots now! Daniel is honest and kind and does a great job. I would highly recommend boot/shoe repair here.
