San Francisco's Worst Property Managment Company. these people are awful. I rented a unit from these people for 18 months. Whenever I had an issue requiring their attention they simply would not return phone calls or emails, just not ever. I left the unit absolutely immaculate, cleaner than when I moved in yet they still charged me $300 for cleaning fee and steam cleaning the carpet, even though the carpet had just been professionally steam cleaned a month prior to my vacating it. They will not communicate with me about the issue. They are simply awful.

Stay away!!!!

Found a Perfect Property in Under 4 Days!. I worked with David Klampert, who was exceptional. His no-pressure, professional approach and his exceptional attention to communications allowed me to secure a first-rate condo in under 4 days. I highly recommend David.

I got jipped!. I am new to the city so I'm somewhat new to the renting scene, but who knew it could be so cut throat! I called this place for a listing I saw and I turned in my credit report (EXCELLENT CREDIT), I was told I was the first one, I could put down the deposit immediately and one would think I would be the one to get the apartment right? Well the person I spoke to (Her name was Lauren) made me pay the $25 dollar credit check and then never responded back to me, after telling me i was the first one, I come to find out she rented it out to someone else! what kind of messed up @#$ is that? No word on why I was passed up, no reason on why at at. I would suggest never to go to these people again.. they won't return calls, emails, nothing! One would think it may be me but 1. I have excellent credit 2. I made enough income (3x more then the rent) 3. I even told them I could rent immediately, I could put down the deposit immediately, everything! My only thought would be she was bought out by someone else who paid her a couple of hundreds for the place. Is that what I have to do now? bribe my way to a place? I thought SF was a first come, first serve place.. I've been told that several times before so now I'm wondering again what I should do. All I know is that they would never return any calls, no emails, and just take my money without giving me a reason at least.
