Damn good food. I love it drunk or sober. That means it's realy really really really really really really really really really really really good.
Good cheap mexican food. While visiting SF we stayed across the street and stopped in for a cheap dinner one night. The burritos and tacos were great, salsa and guac were average, but overall the meal was great for the price.
Editorial Review. Owners of Zona Rosa serve traditional Mexican food amid Aztecan murals at restaurant near Union Square.
Creepy Murals...Great Burritos. This restaurant is in my neighborhood and I love it. I must eat here at least 3 times a week. Its clean, the employees are relativley friendly and it is affordable. Which brings up my one real fault. They have some kind of weird cash machine there because I order the same veggie burrito every time but the price is always different. It's listed as 4.99 but usually it goes beyond 6 bucks and once it was $7. When confronted the staff (who only speak a limited amount of english) get flustered. But, all in all it is good eats
Good Value. In a neighborhood lacking taquerias I was very happy to find La Mexicana. The employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Very good traditional burritos at a good price.
If you like spicy food.... Not recommended for those who like bland food.... Otherwise, this is the best Mexican food outside the Mission, if not in the whole city. The burritos are made to order, and you can request just about combination of ingredients.
From a Nob Hill regular. Good, solid authentic Mexican food---pretty cheap, and always a lot of portions. Perfect for takeout.
Rolaids. Not the best food in the world. I will however give you cheap. After a few rolaids it wasn't that bad. Best in the city...I don't think so.
Great. I think they serve the best burritos in the city.
