DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!!!. these guys are a waste of time. i had a bike for sale on craigslist, for $4500 o.b.o. these guys call me and want to check it out, so i load it in the truck, and take it out there. keep in mind, i live in oakley(a little over an hour away), when i get there, they like the bike, but low ball me down to $3200. i decline their offer, and 2 weeks later, im still sitting on the bike, so i bite the bullet, and decide to take them up on the offer. i called them to verify the offer was still good, and they said yes, so on my next day off, i load up the bike again, take it all the way out there, and they have the nerve to tell me, they can only offer $2800!!!! i will besure to tell everyone i know, not to waste their time with these guys. i am very upset!( this site wont let me use the words i would realy like to say)
Rude and unprofessional. I cannot believe how rude the staff are. They are pushy and sarcastic if you don't buy immediately on their say so.
dont buy there.
Unhelpful, Unwilling to negotiate at all even when they are over priced.
Not a place for doing business...
Go test the bikes but buy them somewhere else!
Not again !.
They have a great location, makes it comfortable to reach any time you are in the city.
They have a nice inventory of bike and accessories.
But they have the worst kind of service you can ask for !
I wanted to buy a windshield that cost $99.
When I asked them to install it for me the quote for that was $150 ?!
now tell me how this makes sense???
and this is not the only time I had bad experience with golden gate cycles....
I came back to replace some damaged merchandise and there was not will to help from these guys....
But I learned, never going back again
