Bergamot Cologne

I rec,d Bergamot Cologne a few years ago and used it springly as I absolutely loved it and eventually used it all up. I've scoured Charleston, SC and the Internet unsucessfully and am still eager to find Bergamot Cologne I finally found Bergamot Cologne at a local market but it can't compare with the original that came from you.. Please tell me that you have some tucked away or are going to make some more. Anxiiouslly, Dee Szucs

Love the elizabethW new store

Big fan of the elizabethW line. Great customer service. Just discovered their new store in Ghirardelli Square. I've been buying the drawer liners for years as gifts, but had no idea they made their products in San Francisco itself. Lilac lotion was heavenly.

• Pros: wide choice of great scents and gifts
• Cons: I'm not always in the Ghirardelli Square neighborhood

My secret find on Russian Hill

I love my elizabethW perfume; I dropped by their workshop on Pacific and it was like discovering a secret Santa's grotto. Customer service couldn't have been more friendly and I thought the products were excellent quality. Came away with a magnolia cream and matching perfume. Most scents don't stay on my skin for too long, but this one seems to have staying power. The cream is quite yummy - smooth, thick, and very, well, for lack of a better word creamy. Oh, silky might be a better word!!! Anyway, great company and it's all locally made, which is a special treat.

• Cons: terrible parking

LOTIONS ARE GREASY, AND THE PUMPS DON'T WORK

I was not happy with Elizabeth W Lotion - Lavender. Very greasy, stained clothing and the pump always got clogged. Nice packaging - however the product was lacking.

Got a candle too as a gift - it burned down the middle and gave off no scent. Beware of their products. Fancy packagaing doesn't mean fancy product.

• Pros: Packaging was beautiful.
• Cons: Product was bad.

fabulous perfumes

Has anyone else discovered this San Francisco scented gem? It's a small perfumery on Russian Hill, with a beautiful collection of different yummy fragrances in all sorts of products. Very high end; very reasonable prices. I love the Sweet Tea bath pouches especially. Great customer service as well.

• Pros: it's a hidden gem, superb products, great prices
• Cons: poor parking, not much else around, nowhere near to eat
