when in doubt leave them out. One star for showing up. After that it was a disaster. The technician was intimidating to me, a senior citizen in a tough spot. The free estimate turned into a $125 bill for a mangled job that left my hot water heater worse than he found it. Obviously he had the wrong tools because he bent and twisted the front plate to get inside, misdiagnosed the problem, put in the wrong part, and when it didn't work, told me he'd get me a new hot water heater for more than $1200! Then I had to pay him on the spot. I called and spoke with a pleasant woman and told her I was stopping payment and why. Now they are sending me threatening letters. Go elsewhere.

Great Plumber. Had a problem with my sink running brown rusty water when it had the hot water on. Moved out here a year ago and didn't know any plumbers. My buddy used Atef and his guys and gave me the number. They came out, fixed the sink, cleaned up and even came on time! not normal for plumbers! Price was good, but they didn't take Amex, but no one seems to around here
