this place is an absolute nightmare ... as are the bullies who own and run it. truly despicable. do yourself, and more importantly, your pet ... run as fast as you both can and never, ever set foot in this place. trust me on this one. i promise i know what i'm talking about. they should be shut down, but for some reason they continue to be in business. RUN!
Pros: good cut
Cons: awful, awful, awful people and treatment of customer ... imagine how they are with your pet!

ok ,so most dog grooming places scare the heck out of me. Groomers with 5 inch spikes coming out of their noses, will not be grooming my dog. Russian Hill caters to people who LOVE their dogs. My little shih tzu goes here once a month. Scheduling is easy I drop her off and pick her up in a few hours. She is always calm and not tramatized when i get pick her up and the grooom job is 5 stars. They could learn to do a top knot though.. The pony tail i( that keeps the hair out of her eyes always too tight = ) ...easily fixed when i pick her up. I'm sure if i mention it they will get it. My little dog is so wiggly, grooming her is not an easy job! Thanks russian hill ... nice place to take your beloved pooch.
Pros: great staff. clean professional, easy scheduling and drop off
Cons: not so good with dog top knots
