First Painless Wax of My Life!. Friendliest staff ever! They squeezed me in without an appointment for a pain-free wax + a free consultation. I?ve been to quite a few hair removal salons in the Bay Are: most of them have a hospital fell to them, not here though! Very relaxing atmosphere! Definitely will go there again!

My new go-to place for waxing!. Junko did a great job with my brow and bikini wax! Surprisingly gentle and thorough--much more so than the salon I've been using for the past few years (and whose quality of service has gone down and whose prices have gone up). The prices here are very reasonable as well. I'll definitely be back!

Natasha is "It" for extractions. Natasha, a woman from Russia with flawless skin and mighty hands. I thought $125 was pricey, but went ahead. The facial lasted over an hour, was more than the typical cleanse - steam - exfoliate-etc. (After leaving several other facials (Like Aveda Salon) I felt like I could have done it from home.) Not here. The cherry though was her extractions. No one has ever done extractions on me to my satisfaction but her.

I tried a few salons afterwards that were less $, but I will go back to Natasha next time.

Also had laser hair removal done. Not only is it the best price in town, but any embarassment or intimidations you might have are quickly put to rest (a complimentary glass of red wine prior didn't hurt either).

The girls are matter of fact and so relaxed, that you may as well be getting your toes done. Highly recommended for all laser hair removal. * plus, buy a package and get a life-time guarantee!

Good waxing. My fav spa was booked up so i went here for a brazilian and thought it was very professional.

I'd go back here again as i think the staff is talented and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all

Facial with Natasha Jr.. I usually get facial wiht Natasha Jr. She is great. I have acne prone combination skin and lots of congestions. She cleaned up my pores. Although the process can be painful (manual extraction), I think it's worth it. I don't like those salons that give you superficial facial (they just put mask on and don't do anything else). She actually works on your skin. She gives good face/neck massage too during the facial.
