Great Hotel for the Price/Location and Great Customer Service. Great little hotel. Just outside ChinaTown gate and central to everything you need to see. Front desk staff is awesome, friendly and willing to help out with any questions, helpful with directions and they gave great tips on what to see, how to get there and are extremely knowledgeable of the city they live in. They were even willing to check me in for my flight online from their computer when I was leaving, which was a big help. The rooms are quaint, clean and perfect for the price. Don't recommend sleeping with the window open due to some outside noise, but the noise from outside really isn't too bad. Had some problems with the TV (it was a little older and the remote wasn't working all that great) and the elevator is a little slow due to it being an older hotel, but if you are in town to see the sights then you really aren't at the hotel very long or in your room much. It is close to lots of shopping, places to eat and is close to many of the city's transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere that is affordable and somewhere centrally located to many of the awesome things to do in the city. The nice thing also is that they lock the front doors at 9pm, so you can feel safe at night and someone is always at the front desk to watch out for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

best place for the price, great customer service.. My family and I we stayed at this hotel last week. it was a nice little place very clean but very small room. cute bathtroom. we were very close to every restaurant shopping stores and cable cars also close to china town. nice service. It was a little noisy late at night but we were in downtown. I will stay there again. love it.
