If you are in China Town, don't forget to stop by this place, they have the best sandwiches and Pho, the prices are very seasonable !! The store is very clean compared to other Chinese restaurants around the area.
Pros: delicious, good deal
Cons: parking, long line during lunch time

They make the best banh mi! I highly recomend the crosant sandwich ($2.30). The mouth watering texture of the bread, the moist ham, crunchy sweet pickled vegetable, creamy mayonaise, spicy pate and sharp cilantro. need i say more. quaility for a low price! even though there are a few chairs and tables, it isn't really a sit down place pick up your sandwich to go
Pros: delicous food, dirt cheap, quick service
Cons: small dining area, crowded
