In Short
On the main floor of this sweeping emporium, shoppers refuel with cappuccinos and chardonnay at the grand oval bar while office workers grab quick panini, like the bisteca or the classic turkey club sandwich. Upstairs, diners enjoy cafe favorites, such as whole-wheat faro with chicken and seasonal vegetables, with a magnificent view from the balcony. Euro-chic tunes, Pellegrino bottles on every table and an elegant, understated design give the space a distinctly modern Italian feel.

This is a very nice Italian place to eat. The pizzas and pastas are so good and fresh. For the pizzas, the toppings are very genuine and there won't be something you want that they don't have. I love going to the city and i would recommend checking out this place.

This place does everything pretty well. The old bank building is an outstanding structure, and is a fun place to watch people shop while you eat. The lunch menu offers good sandwiches and salads, and they serve good iced tea, which is important. Staff was good.

Set in a former bank building complete with soaring ceilings and gleaming marble columns, Emporio Armani Café allows patrons to grab a quick latté or partake in a full lunch while contemplating the latest fashions and listening to after hours club music. Although EAC offers only counter seating, the attentive and polite servers put you at ease, while the fashionable dishes offer sustenance tailored to the needs of harried shoppers. The menu features a wide variety of selections ranging from Grilled Chicken Panini with Roasted Asparagus and Risotto with Porcinis to Chicken Caesar and White Bean Soup with Truffle Oil. With a full bar as well as an ample wine list including many selections by the glass, EAC offers a respite from the crowds of Union Square and the bustle of Market Street. Not priced like Armani attire, EAC offers value: great food and good service in a hip environment.
