Hon's huse is delicious! Wonton soup w/ bbq pork number one! Curry beef over rice number 2!

I live in Washington DC, everytime I'm in SF, Hon's is top of my list of restaurants to visit. No Frills, no service but truly authentic, great HK style Wonton noodle. Our version of FOOD FAST, simply the best tasting. Limited items on menu but all great. Wait staff speaks limited English. Using the restroom can be an adventure, passing through kitchen, usually feels like they just hose it down, frequently wet but clean.

This is one of the few chinese restaurant that opens until 12:00 midnight. So if you have a craving for a late night snack or late dinner, this is the place to go. They serve the typical chinese fare and also offer sweets like red bean ice cream drink or jelly drinks. The portions are pretty big and they serve it to you lightning fast! The beef chow fun is served steaming hot from the wok and you can get full for under $6.00. But be warned that parking is pretty much non-existent in Chinatown so you'll have to circle around and if luck is smiling on you, you'll get a space or another option is to park in vallejo st. garage.
