In Short – The exposed brick, high ceilings, and funhouse mirrors in this boutique echo the deconstructed and unexpected quality of the clothing offered by the sister-brother-mother team of owners. Handsome English-cut suits for men and spartan dresses for women hang alongside a mix of local and international modern jewelry. Best known as a source for clothing from Belgian designers like Dries van Noten and Martin Marjiela, they also carry an extensive sampling of Japanese designers.

ONE OF THE BEST!

MAC is wonderful! Not only do they carry new designers whom they have sought out (Todd Oldham was one back in the day) but they also carry women's sizes up to at least a size 14. In short, they have clothes that fit women's bodies.
As for menswear, there is no where & no one that i would rather buy a suit from.
These are VERY smart people. Love it!
- Pros: hand selected designs
- Cons: none really.

Great Men and Women's Clothing

One of the coolest places to shop in San Francisco is M.A.C. You'll find no fast-food clothing here. The clothes in this shop are the real deal -- straight from Belgium, France, Japan, and of course the good ole USA. I shop here quite often and almost always find something I just can't live without. M.A.C. carries brands that you just can't find elsewhere in San Francisco. The staff are fabulous and always incredibly helpful. In my opinion, shopping in San Fran isn't complete without a trip to M.A.C.
- Pros: Friendly staff, Good selection, Stylish
