Lied and sent open product.
They managed to ruin my Christmas present to my wife.
I called them and talked to Lana from Guerlain counter and inquired about a perfume. She seemed nice and helpful and she said she would send one to me ASAP. She had no idea about when it would arrive so I paid for 2 day shipping to get the perfume in time for Christmas.
I specifically asked that the perfume be in an unopened box (i.e. not returned nor display box) and she lied to me and said she would make sure it is an unopened box.
Of course when I got the package that the perfume box was in an opened box and the Neiman Marcus guys put some stickers to mask the previous box tear.
Now I was without a Christmas gift just before Christmas and I will probably never get my shipping refunded.
This store is strongly recommended if you want to get lied to and scammed.…
The 4* is because the stuff from their site has been really.
I returned a shirt I bought from their website at this store today. The lady at their customer service counter was pretty cool and didn't hassle me about it, as other stores would have if this
wasn't Neiman.
The 4* is because the stuff from their site has been really sucky lately.…
Neiman Marcus The Rotunda Restaurant. Fabulous is word that comes to mind, the view is great over looking Union Square. The food....excellent. The service is fantastic...I loved it.
just lovely!. warning, do not go here if you are intimidated by stuffiness! i love the pretentiousness of this place but it might not agree wtih some people. it has an old-school high-society southern vibe (since neiman's was founded in dallas). the food is excellent and the service is great. it's just a lovely experience and i think everyone has to try it once!…
Avoid and eye stye and don't go here..
I had a make up application done here. It was the worst I have ever had done. The girls were somewhat condescending. They told me how bad my current make up was and how superior their make up was.
They did the ol tag team routine. "Oh, my gawd you looks sooooooo great"!!! Like they have never seen a woman with make up on before. The make up looked like something out of the seventies when they were done. Black liner all the way around my lids, and all of my skin imperfections amplified without enough coverage. The bonus surprise I got after spending over $100. on make up was a eye stye that lasted for a week and a half.
It makes you wonder if they even sterilize their brushes between customers.
Don't waste your time and money here listening to catiness and coming out looking like you are going to a seventies party.…
