Bad experience. My friend first referred me to the online website of Just Holiday. Found really attractive online deals to Asia. However, the actual purchase price was SIGNIFICANTLY different from the quoted price online. I was spreading the words to my other friends afterward. Besides, the company also has unrealistic cancellation policy. I understand that a business is a business. However, my friend was having family emergency and was trying to work with Just Holiday for her options. The company did not have sympathy at all and was unwilling to accommodate. She ended up paying for the entire cost of the trip that she would no longer be able to go to.
