Money hungry salespeople. My experience with Chiro-Medical Group started semi-positive: medical concern was addressed, staff were friendly, except I had to wait over 45 minutes for the chiropractor at the first visit. Since then, I've come to these "I've wished I've known before" realizations and hence the one star review:

1) There are many other chiropractors in the area who will spend more than 15 minutes with you and address your problems in one visit instead of coming back for as many visits as possible.

2) They are salespeople trying to make money. Again, they get you to come back as many times as possible so they can keep billing you.

3) Most insurance does not fully cover chiropractic care, so you'll likely get stuck with a big bill and an earful from rude staff (oh wait, they weren't so friendly anymore now that it's all about the money!).

Great. Been going here for several years due to various injuries from running. I love the staff here, and the Dr.s are always incredibly straight forward and help you get back to yourself again in no time!

Eastern + Western Medicine. I've been seeing Dr. Scott Calzoretta for close to five years. He helped fix a chronic biomechanics issue I had suffered with since my teens. I go back for tune ups and to hear about how he and his wonderful staff are doing, once in a while. Everyone is very friendly and accomodating.

Good caring service. I was in a frustrated situation with my health condition, my GP and one of the staffs at Chiro-Medical Group therefore filed a complaint to the office manager, Dina. She responded to me immediately. She patiently and compassionately listened and explained the mis-communication/mis-understanding to me. Then she quickly worked on and fulfilled my requests the best she could without violating their policies. I am very pleased with her professional service and feel very well taken care of as a valuable client of Chiro Medical Group.

My GP, Dr. Newcomer is wonderful, very kind, caring and always carries a smile on her face. Although she was not able to help me with my health condition that perhaps requires a specialist, I like to recommend her as a GP. She made me felt less nervous and uncomfortable during all my visits and exams.

Excellent clinician with great hands!. As a patient and colleague of Dr. Calzaretta, I have been treated by him on numerous occasions and have observed him treat and advise others as well. He is an excellent diagnostician and he thoughtfully evaluates each and every patients' complaints. He makes careful use of his referral network when a particular issue requires other treatment or evluation in addition to or instead of his care. He has confident, gentle hands. His staff are terrific!
