Club One is about a Club 6 or 7 in the city

here is the thing about the gym, small, limited machines but clean. A lot of the running machines head phone jackets have been broken for over a year. Others you can't set the mph. But in a recent letter to members the club seemed very excited about its double flush action toilet. Yeah great !
The thing that is really bad is how Club One will raise your membership fee every year with some lame excuse. They also charged all members credit card 12.00 for club improvements. I guess Club One management thought they needed their own stimulus package fueled from their members credit cards. In all these clubs never pay in advance if they try and sell you on that. The economy is too unstable to being giving any business money up front.
- Pros: parking
- Cons: do not maintain machines, charge your credit card when they need cash

I love this club. Outdoor pool, massage treatments, towel service, spin classes, pilates, you name it, they have it. It is a smaller club but never over crowded. SO clean and the staff is amazing. I definitely get my money's worth here. Plus, if you want true training advice make sure you talk with the incredibly educated fitness staff. There are no "dumb jocks" working at this club, that is for sure.
- Pros: Has everything you need.
- Cons: No facial treatments.
