So French!. This charming french boutique has lovely items for your own house or for a gift. I easily go on a shopping spree everytime. They also have a very cute children's section with darling clothes and things like pink raincoats with matching rain boots and umbrella. A great place for unique gifts. The owner is very friendly and helpful. While some things are pricey, others are very affordable and I've often found very charming and affordable gifts that I always want to keep for myself (and sometimes do).

Hawful customer service!!! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.... If you are looking for French furniture and accessories at this price you should also expect impeccable customer service...after talking to Isabelle from Ma Maison you will come to think that French people are the laziest, most arrogant people you have ever met!!! To my experience French people are absolutely charming, just not the owner of Ma Maison...DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME...nor your money!

An out-of-the-way store with unique wares.. In Short
This little shop is so far off the trodden shopping path you might wonder how owners John and Isabelle Karatzas get customers into their second-floor SoMa suite. Visit once, and you'll make a mental bookmark of the shop. This bohemian store specializes in unique dish-ware and items such as flatware and vases for the table and home. The couple mostly imports their wares from France and South Africa.

Unforgettable Experience. I have been looking for unique everyday dishes for the past three months. I searched everywhere, from department stores to Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn. Then a friend recommended this store. The store owner was the sweetest person. Not only did she help me pick my dishes... and trust me, it was a long process... she also helped identify my decorating style and pick dishes that match me and my life. I absolutely loved the experience, and will definitely go back. I hope Isabelle will open a home decorating store one day.
