Got What I Needed. I needed a couple items real fast and chose to check Kosman out. I spoke to them in the morning and then later that afternoon they arrived with everything I needed. Nice people, good service, got the job done.

Helpful Every Step of The Way. The people at Kosman are true and genuine as I didn’t know what to get to complete a project, but these guys helped me every step of the way. I needed paper, hole punches and binders to prepare for an upcoming trial and I didn’t know how much it was going to cost or how soon I could recieve all the necessary supplies. I called on Tuesday hoping that the supplies could be here by Friday, but little did I know how on top of things these guys are. I gave them the information of what I was trying to do and the supplies I thought I needed and asked them to take care of me. The person who I was talking to, Tom, was as polite as can be and told me to not worry and that my shipment would arrive later today. I asked him once again about when they would arrive as I thought I had heard same day, but didn’t think that I had heard correctly. Tom reassured me that it would arrive later today as they do with all other customers and I was quite impressed and hoping that what he said was true. The best part of the whole experience was that the price they gave me was 20% lower than what I had expected to pay. Later that day as Tom had said, Chris arrived at my office with all the supplies, I couldn’t believe it was that easy to get exactly what I needed. I now tell my clients that if they’re ever looking for office supplies to give Kosman a call as they’ll make sure you are absolutely satisfied in getting what you need in the fastest amount of time.

Great People, Even Better Prices!. My company was running low on paper and we had to print reports in the afternoon so I was in a need for some copy paper ASAP and decided to give these guys a call. Little did I know that my quick need for paper would lead me to the best place to get office supplies in the Bay Area. I called in and talked to Jeff who was as nice and helpful as can be in getting exactly what I wanted. The best part is that they gave me a better price than Office Depot or Staples had ever given me before. I had called in around 10 in the morning and around only an hour later my order had already arrived. After that great experience I decided to give them a call for my next round of office supplies and once again their prices were lower than Office Depot and Staples as my shipment arrived later in the day. This company was a gem of a find and helped me get rid of a lot of headaches from dealing with other companies and helped me save some money at the same time.

These Guys Are Awesome!. These guys are awesome! They were very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed at the lowest price. Being able to talk someone and feel like that I have a personal relationship with them was a lot better than being just a number for the big box stores. The best part about it was the SAME DAY SHIPPING! The bottom line is even though they're a small company, being directly here in San Francisco allowed me to get the best service and help support the local economy. I'll definitely be giving these guys a call next time I am in need of some supplies.

BUYER BEWARE! Bad service; highly unethical company and staff!. I bought an expensive desk from Kosman and the delivery service dragged the desk on hardwood floors! The floors can't be resurfaced or refinished because the damage and depth of the scratches are too deep. Further, the desk was not even covered when they were moving it into my home office and it got damaged when they damaged/hit one of the corners of the stairwell and took off a portion of the corner wall with it. They also charged me (after-the-fact) an additional $450 for removing 6 screws off a door and sliding 4 boxes five feet so that they could move the desk easier. They never said a word about additional charges otherwise I would've done it myself! I emailed pictures with a nice and professional inquiry asking them to contact me to discuss how to rectify this problem. No reply. I finally called and from the start, they said they wouldn't pay to fix their damage and that they'd rather talk to a judge than talk to me to work something out. Very disappointing service and highly unethical staff. Buyer beware!
