Mo's serves more than a dozen permutations of the basic burger, piled high with fixings, from the Belly Buster topped with cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions to the blue cheese-slathered spin on the cheeseburger. No matter which variation, the seven-ounce chuck patties are juicy, full of flavor and swaddled in a chewy, thick-crusted bun.
