Popular waterfront restaurant for all-day happy hour w/friends & coworkers. Opt for cocktails w/ calamari, flatbread or the chop chop salad.

Go on the Right Night. The Dinner menu has so many more interesting things to offer than the appitizer menu, like fresh salmon, a huge seafood louie salad and a classic linguini with clams. The bar can get kind of crazy, especially on a Friday night when the weather is warm. The service is good. The food is awesome and we've become fans of the oven-roasted clams, the Crab and Artichoke dip and the Seafood Louie salad. Another great entree is the Bistro Steak that's around $22 and is always really juicy.

Average...average...average.... Took my mom there for mothers day. Not at all impressed. The waiter seemed like he did not want to be there. Didn't advise us of available appetizers, until we asked.

I had the steak and eggs...the steak was rather tough.

My mom had the paella, and when it arrived, she wondered if she had accidentally ordered the child's portion.

My dad had the crab cakes eggs benedict...the crab cakes were salty, and the bread was tougher than my steak.

My girlfriend had the crusted chicken...that was actually pretty good.

Ordered some creampuff item for dessert, and the puff pastry portion tasted like day old bread.

great food and view but poor service .... Went in at Sunday 3:00 pm for lunch.

They took over 30 mins to get pasta on the table. Had to ask for water re-fills.

Ordered pudding for dessert. Manager suggested pudding was in the oven once, after 15 mins manager suggested it on its way and then returned in another 5 to say the resturant had run of out ice-cream topping/side for the pudding! Total time in the resturant = 1 hr 20 mins and finally no pudding for me.

The place has a great view, ambience and good pasta (I will never know about the pudding though). Visit only in peak hours, off peak the staff is un-attentive and the manager careless. Service ..... NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

Lunch with daughter. My daughter brought me here for a quick lunch. We started outside but it was too chilly so we moved inside to the seating in the bar area, no problem for our waiter who was very attentive and professional. I had the mushroom soup (yummy) and my daugher chorizo and potato dish (good but we both agreed it was some sort of sausage not chorizo. Then we split a pizza (sausage & mushroom) very tasty on a thin crust which was different but overall good flavor. Atmospher is very relaxing and beautiful view of bridge & bay.

Breathtaking views of the Bay Bridge, local brews and crowd-pleasing Italian fare make this rotisseria a Financial District favorite.. In Short
This cavernous restaurant boasts warm amber tones, spacious, banquette-backed tables, a huge bar stocked with draft beers from Anchor Steam, Pyramid and other local microbreweries and an approachable menu. Lighter appetites will appreciate salads loaded with grilled chicken, prawns or portabella mushrooms and three varieties of bruschetta. Heartier options include ultra-crispy Roman pizzas; brick-oven baked pastas like tomato penne with mozzarella, basil and garlic bread crumbs; and Tuscan-style, spit-roasted chicken with a choice of seasonings.

Romantic, view, great food. This is a great spot to take out of towners. It features fresh Cali cuisine, is right on the Waterfront, and the tables are nicely spaced apart. The appetizers are the best things on the menu so better to get a bunch of those.

location, location. A nice selection of draft beer, yummy appetizers, and a great iron grill turkey sand. The food is pretty good, the view is great. Sit on the patio on a sunny day and indulge in some hot crab dip. A nice alternative to momo's and gordon biersch for Giants pre game fun.

FABULOUS. I go to Palomino's frequently and I'm consitently pleased with all aspects of the experience. I have now been for Sunday Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner and thought each time was fabulous.

The service has always been top notch and the views of the bay and bridge are outstanding!

Cannot recommend. Had to ask repeatedly to get menus, get silverware, get napkins, clear table, get water, get bill. By this time the chicken wings were cold and we had wiped our hands on our jeans. Chain restaurant food at fancy restaurant prices, prepared carelessly -- battery stuck-together calamari, overcooked fish, soggy flatbread, stuff that was not fresh. Interior is strikingly beautiful, one of best views in city -- so maybe a grudging recommendation for happy hour. Stick with the draft beer.
