Unsatisfactory Customer Service. I used this company for rentals on tuxedos for my wedding and they completely messed up the order. It was so bad that the order was not fixed until the day of the wedding approximately 3 hours before the ceremony began. I am not sure why the order was messed up as we called and confirmed everything prior to the day the tuxedos were needed. The part that is very upsetting is that the sales and management staff were unhelpful. This added additional stress to an already emotional day. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received and would never recommend this company to anyone to use.…
