McCall Staffing, best staffing firm in The City!!!. McCall Staffing is my favorite employment agency, and I am registered as a temp with several agencies. All level's of McCall's staff are very professional and cordial. Among my assignments from McCall were two where I was one of several temps from McCall, and I can say that the level of intelligence of McCall temps is much higher than that of temps with other agencies with whom I work. McCall's is just great!!

Call McCall When You Need Great Temp Staff!. I have been a client of McCall Staffing since 2005 and I think they are one of the best staffing agencies in the SFBA. When we've needed temporary staff to fill very specific roles, ranging from customer service and administrative support to marketing and sales support, McCall has consistently delivered competent and professional candidates.

I've worked primarily with Kathy from their office and she has been a great partner. Something I most appreciate about working with Kathy and McCall is that they take time to really understand the needs for each temp assignment. They don't just send us candidates that they have available - rather, they go out of their way to identify who the best candidates will be for each position, then they discuss the position with the candidate to make sure it's a good fit - and then they send them to us for interviews. We rarely have had to interview additional candidates because McCall has done it for us.

Kathy has also visited our offices several times, so she knows our company and our needs, which helps her to get the best match when placing candidates on assignments with us. I highly recommend McCall Staffing for any company that wants a great partner to help them with their staffing needs.

Great Temp Agency!. We use this temp agency mostly to hire temps but we have also hired a few as direct placements. The people we get for both temp and direct hire (and temp to hire) are all exactly what we ask for...uniformly a 'spot on' fit with our temp job posting. I found it was the same when I was a temp employee...I knew what to expect before I reported to a new assignment. One of a kind temp agency without that temp agency feeling!

Shocked at the lack of service.. After reading the reviews of this Staffing Service, I thought I would give them a try. I submitted my resume to them online, and after not hearing from them after about a week, I decided to see if I could come into their office and see them in person. I was immediately turned away, with the receptionist advising they do not take walk-ins. (Which was shameful, since Premier Staffing is across the street, and were extremely gracious to me).

I finally heard a response via email from Mc Call, basically telling me that my resume was not up to par, and they only had lower-level administrative temporary positions that would be taken by others that had more priority over me.

I won't be responding back, after that email. Premier Staffing has been amazing, and I am getting the job done on my own. Maybe times are tough now, but come on. Show a little decency. You never know who is going to write about you on CitySearch or Yelp.

Good Service - Kept Me From Claiming Unemployment For Now. I recently lost my job I had for five years as a portfolio manager. I stumbled across this company in google and applied with them a while back. They did place me with a short term job, which I'm thankful for. I just hope it could become something permanent. The pay is slightly less than what I was making, but I'm fine with that as long as I have money coming in. The people at McCall were very nice and seemed to really care about my situation.

Highly recommend. I am based in New York and was organizing a big event at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Mari saw my event listed and contacted me to introduce herself and McCall. A few weeks later, I found myself in a bind and called her back. On short notice, she found 2 great people that were able to work the entire 3 day event. The people were prompt, jumped in where needed and interacted with the rest of the event team as if they had been there since the beginning. I highly recommend them!

Good Place To Start. I was unemployed for 5 weeks and have been applying at various temp agencies. Everyone including McCall said the same thing...it's slower than usual due to the economy. The recruiter I saw at McCall was very nice and understanding of my situation. She was very straight forward with me (in a very sweet way) and told me what to expect with the current unemployment status. I am very greatful for that. Two days after speaking with them, they did find me a temp job that is to last about 2 - 3 months. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping this job would turn into something longer. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. They are very honest polite people. It really helped me emotionally when they came across as caring about my situation.

Great results for finding work.. I stopped in McCall's my first day arriving in San Francisco, within one week they had placed me on a temp assignment with a company that is highly commendable; after that assignments conclusion they had set me up for an interview with the great company I am currently working for full-time. Within two months of arriving in the city I had a full-time job. The people there have always been very welcoming, from the first day on, even without an appointment they made time to meet with me. Sara was always keeping me updated with potential positions or assignments that met my interests and abilities. I was very lucky to always have work, and money coming in since arriving in SF, McCall has played a large part in that.

Fantastic recruiting experience!!. So here I was, left alone after my 2 co-workers with a combined 12 years of experience left for greener pastures. After recovering from the shell shock, I realized that I needed help and the quickest way to do that would be to contact a recruiter. After a few phone calls (some of which weren't returned!), I came upon Pegi at McCall. I have rarely worked with someone who loves what she does more than Pegi. She is the owner of McCall and treats you as if you are her only client. She provided us with plenty of candidates to choose from and we have been VERY happy with the results. She is incredibly enthusiastic and dedicated to your cause. Instead of inundating you with an abundance of some relevant and not-so-relevant resumes, she tries very hard to only introduce candidates that she feels will fit your position like a glove. While she is attentive and responsive, she is never pushy. She has an impressive satisfaction policy that we were able to experience first hand. Of all the recruiters I've ever worked with, I recommend McCall without reservation.

Professional, attentive staffing service!. I came to McCall after reading some reviews of Yelp. I have been completely dazzled by their personal attention to detail. They completely revamped my resume, which was no small feat! I will always return to them for any future professional endeavors. Ask for Pegi or Sara!!!!
