Bad experience.
Ordered flowers fro BD, wasn't delivered on time, wrong arragment, wrong charge.
Promised to get refund. No such thing.
Don't deal with them.

The Best experience I have had.
I made an error that caused a client to go out twice into the pouring rain today. As a gesture of apology, I ordered a floral arrangement from Rossi & Rovetti. I placed the order a little after 1:30pm and the flowers were on my client's desk before 3:30pm----actually before he came back from the appointment!
Ordering online was a breeze---so different from my usual experience with ordering flowers. It was just a great experience from beginning to end. I can't recommend them highly enough. This is the florist you can trust---they have really figured out how to go above and beyond. Thank you Rossi & Ravetti for saving the day!

You have got to be kidding!.
I feel compelled to edit my first review that was dated 10/10/09. I gave Rossi & Rovetti one star and wrote that I would never recommend or use them again.
On 10/11/09, Jason contacted me and explained what had happened the previous day. He made sure that my girl friend received a beautiful arrangement that evening,(all the way over on the south side of S.F. near the airport), as she had to remain in the area for several days once released from the hospital. Jason was sincerely apologetic for what had happened and assured me that this is not the way that they conduct business.
Today, I received a most gorgeous arrangement from Rossi & Rovetti at my home in Reno, Nevada. I was touched by their gesture. However, it truly was unnecessary as I had already decided that I will use them again after Jason's follow through once he realized that there was a problem.
Thank you to everyone at Rossi & Rovetti for your exemplary customer service and beautiful arrangements.

The most beautiful flowers in San Fran!. I've ordered from Rossi and Rovetti for two years and have never been disappointed! Their arrangements are exquisite and always satisfy the recipient. For top- notch flowers, delivered in a timely manner by a courteous staff, this is your place.

Beautiful Arrangements. I received an arrangement for my birthday back in 2005 and was really impressed by their quality of flowers and creative arrangements. Ever since then I used Rossi & Rovetti for my orders in the last few years and it has been a great experience every time. Having the option of same-day delivery is absolutely wonderful. Each time I have ordered, the deliveries have always been on time and fast. Customer service is efficient and caring too! I can't thank you enough for making my life easier.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & DESIGNS. Company isn't even ran by florists the manager does not even have any floral experience !

Next best thing to a cocktail!. Sent my daughter an arrangement called "Lemon Drop," from their cocktail series, which was the closest thing to an actual cocktail that I could have delivered to her office for her birthday! She loved it, and called me right away to say how amazing it was.

Perfect!. I was initially attracted by their distinctive arrangements - not the usual stuff. Once I placed the order, I was kept informed via email every step of the way till delivery. On time & perfect.

R & R get it done, with genuine and concerned service,
reliability and confidence. Not sure what suits the occasion? Ask them. They always know what's available and appropriate--and they are not expensive.
Out of town service is easy. Customers become friends.
