This upscale diner-style burger cafe boasts four Downtown locations and a steady stream of cheerful lunchtime regulars. Niman Ranch burgers come smothered in gourmet toppings such as grilled pineapple, avocado or sauteed mushrooms. The Cheeseburger Royale--topped with gorgonzola, brie, aged cheddar and pepperjack or provolone (plus bacon, if you're really gluttonous)--might land you under your desk for a much needed afternoon nap.

Not your average burger. Bistro Burger isn't your average burger. You can get a wide variety of combos for whatever your lunch time palet calls for. I wish they were open later than 2PM. The service is friendly, helpful and didn't hassle me when I got a little picky about how I liked my food done. I had a really great experience and it was so much better than the surrounding fast food establishments.

yummy. The Paris Burger is quite tasty. Melted brie and sauteed mushrooms over Nieman Ranch beef...what a combo! A little more expensive than your average burger joint, but well worth it.
