This place has always been low-key, possessed the best live-and-let live atmosphere, been friendly to all shapes, sizes, colors and creeds. The manager Hassad has does his level best to make the place perk up and it has. He is a hoot. The gym is well equipped with machines and free weights and various classes. The jiu-jitsu class seems especially popular. I like this place.

i apologise for the previous review. it was posted as a joke, by a friend, without my knowledge. i would like to apologise to kivieg for the insult. i'm sure this is a great gym, and you should definetly check it out. sorry for wasting your time
