They REALLY do a great job. Ok, the most important thing is that they REALLY do a great job. Very thorough, lots of staff, and I was pleased with the end result. They also have a place inside to pick up your traditional gas-station-type snacks PLUS a little cafe while you wait.

Finished much sooner. Car was finished much sooner than I was told it would be, this is good when your waiting for the car.

Amazing what a nice job he did. They do glass repair on the spot. I found this a bit odd initially, but when the guy told me he could clean up a small crack in my windshield and there was no insurance deductible to pay, I thought...what the heck. It was amazing what a nice job he did

One of the more thorough wash and vacuumings my car has had!.
Went to tower for the first time yesterday and was wary due to the hot and cold reviews. However, I had a great experience.
This was one of the more thorough wash and vacuumings my car has had. I've taken my car to similar car washes in Washington DC and Dublin, CA and this is up there with the best. I got the $21 wash which is the cheapest so I had low expectations. However, I got complete service including vacuuming with good attention to detail in the hard-to-get cupholder areas. They also scraped off the wax writing I had on my front windshield from getting my car towed without my having to ask. It was also nice to get the 25 cents per gallon off gas which I took advantage of.
Another plus of why I gave Tower 5 stars is that the guy who takes the orders noticed a scrape on my car which I had gotten the day before (very upsetting) and offered to have one of the guys buff it out for free. I told him I had to be somewhere and he made sure it got done in 5 minutes and refused my money when I tried to tip him $10. Disclaimer, I know this guy gave me this because he thought I was cute, but hey, I'll take it!
Will be going back to Tower and hopefully they keep up the good work!

My car looked great when it was done. Went here for the first time and Armand recommended a new service called the super express detail interior. I don't know the difference between this and a full interior, however, my car looked great when it was done. I enjoyed chatting with the cafe workers as she made my crepe. I will definitely come back.

Very convenient when you are heading downtown. I like the fact that there is a window where you can see the car when it is in the wash. Very convenient when I head downtown as it is right off the freeway.

Tower Hand Car Wash did a great job. I went here being a little hesitant due to the mixed reviews but was pleased. I agree with the reviewer that said you get what you pay for - if you're paying for the cheapest wash, you can't expect a full detail. I got the Supreme Express Interior detail for $44.95 (don't think its on the website) and think they did a great job. It includes an exterior wash and an interior detail. The interior detail included vaccuming, rinsing/wiping down my rubber floor matts, wiping down the dash and center console, cleaning the vents, wiping down the door panels, inside the handles and cup holders, cleaning the windows, etc. and it looks great for what I paid given this was a 25 min job! I did a little walk around before I left and he was happy to touch up anything so if there's something they missed, politely point it out and they'll fix it.

Price was unbeatable. My car is so squeaky clean! Very happy with the job, and with the groupon the price was unbeatable! Nice job Tower Car Wash!
