The way a auto mechanic shop should be.

I'm very pleased with my experience at Metric Motors. I had my front brakes and some electrical issues worked on there recently and the work done exceeded my expectations. I got the feeling that these guys actually care about my car and me instead of treating me like a number. One other shop tried to fix the electrical gremlins with little success. Metric Motors nailed it in a couple of days. Good communication and customer service. I definitely recommend them to all.

Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended

I usually don't ever write reviews except for the rare occasion when I've received terrible service, particularly at restaurants. This, however, is a situation where I am more than slightly compelled to actually make the effort in writing a review for service I received.

The people at Metric Motors are to be recognized, not only for their knowledge and tradesmanship in completing mechanical work, but as well for their outstanding customer service.

I drive a Porsche and recently had brakes and clutch work done at Metric Motors. Not only were they less expensive than Rector Porsche, where I used to take my car, but I received customer service like I've never had before at a mechanical shop.

Thank you very much, Metric Motors. Your efforts and manner towards your customers should be recognized and emulated by others.

Best Customer Service and Great Car Care

I've been a long time customer of Metric Motors and they have been taking good care of me and family's cars for years. Tom, the new owner has done some really great things with the shop. Aside from hiring a new top-notch service manager one of the other things he did was develop a customer referral program. I referred two of my friends there and last week, I received a phone call asking me what my favorite restaurant was. I told Raul, the service manager, I liked the Slanted Door and on Monday I got a gift certificate for $100 to go have dinner there. Awesome customer relations!! Keep up the great work!

Great Customer Service at a Clean and Trustworthy Garage

No doubt about it - these guys are great! I've been taking my Audi A4 there for couple of years now and I just had it in the garage for a brake job. Raul is so courteous and friendly. It seems every time I'm in there they educate me on my car and how best to take care of it. Tom, the owner, spent extra time to explain some important tips for getting the best possible gas mileage (very good thing).

If you're looking for a high quality, fairly priced garage in San Francisco with no doubt the best customer service I?ve ever had with a mechanic, Metric Motors is the place.

Simply the best auto shop in town

I just got my BMW back from Metric Motors and cannot be more happy. I've tried two other shops in town with disappointing experiences. I was referred by a co-worker who has been taking her car (VW Jetta) there for years. I found the shop to very clean, quoted a fair price, professional with a personal touch and over-the-top customer service. I highly recommend this shop. It is a tremendous relief to finally have a place I can take my car to be serviced and feel comfortable about it. Great job guys!
