N&S IS EXCELLENT !!!

EXCELLENT!!! I’m very picky and I have to admit, I did fear that I might not be completely happy with the results when I really started checking all the details. It was an expensive car that I didn’t want to part with, but the insurance company wanted me to trash it. What they were going to give me wasn’t enough to buy anything worth while. Hung is really good to work with. He dealt with the insurance company for me and got them to change their mind. The work was done in a very timely fashion and the end results could not have possibly been better. For years I was in the car business and saw body work and paint that looked pretty good most of the time, but then when you’d see it in a different light or from a different angle, you would see minor imperfections or paint that wasn’t a perfect match. Hung’s work is perfect. The quality of the bodywork, the paint job and the color match is perfect. Hopefully I’ll never need to have any bodywork done again, but if I do, it will definitely be at N & S Auto Body.

OUTSTANDING REPAIR & SERVICE

MY OLD CAR WAS IN DIRE NEED OF REPAIR...GIANT DENTS PAINT SCRAPES ETC... IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER WITH ARTISTRY AND PERFECTION...IT WAS EVEN POLISHED INSIDE AND OUT...THE PRICES ARE MORE THAN FAIR...HUNG EVEN PICKED ME UP...

The opposite of the shifty auto mechanic...

When I found a crater-sized dent and scrape marks running along 3 panels from a hit-and-run I looked around for some recommendations on the web. I chose N&S for the positive reviews and because it was conveniently located near the16th St. BART station. Hung looked over my car thoroughly. He gave me an estimate that was lower than the insurance-assigned shop, but that was still more than I was hoping to spend. Then he suggested that instead of replacing two of the panels he could sand//puddy/paint the present ones. This saved some big bucks. My car looks great - there's no sign of the accident. I highly recommend Hung. His shop does very good work and he's genuinely a nice guy.

Outstanding quality and service - I will never take my car anywhere else!

After nearly totalling my car, I found N & S here on citysearch and decided to give it a try. Hung and his crew did an amazing job; my car came back looking and performing like it had never been in an accident. During my repairs, Hung explained what was going on and kept me advised of my options - whether I wanted to go with new or used parts and so forth. You couldn't ask for friendlier, more straight-talking service.

I was recently in another (much smaller) accident and took my car back to N & S. Again, Hung consulted me regarding how I wanted the repairs done, and again, the car came back looking amazing. In fact, it looked even better than before the accident - they took care of some dings and scratches that weren't even part of the original estimate at no additional cost! I really can't imagine a more positive car repair experience, and if I ever need repairs again I know exactly where I'm going.

Praise for N&S Auto Body Shop

I offer my praise for N&S Auto Body Shop in San Francisco. Hung Nguy and his staff are TOPS!

My car was "totalled" and was beyond hope according to another body shop.

Hung rescued me and my car. In the end, Hung had my car looking and riding GREAT.

The price was right and the service was excellent. Hung keeps in touch with his customers as he goes along.

While others REFUSED to take my car on...telling me it COULD NOT be repaired, Hung Nguy at N&S bravely took it upon himself to repair that car and get it running.

Hung was recommended to me by a man named Phil at Shan Auto in the Mission. N&S is also in the Mission District -- just one block from the 16th Street BART stop.

Next time you need body work, take your car to N&S!
