Worst hair school in San Francisco!

I made an appointment to have a coloring and a cut done a week in advance. They were very friendly on the phone and made an appointment to have it done all in one day. When I got to the school, they told me that a coloring test was required and that they could not do anything for twenty four hours. The receptionist was rude and unapologetic. She said that they always do color tests, however, no one told me on the phone when I made the appointment. She did not seem to care at all about how much of an inconvenience they caused me. I do not recommend this place toanyone. If the staff reflect the type of work they do, then this place is a disaster.
