RUDE. Disrespectable people run this company, I would never recommend anyone to use Nisei Rug Cleaners. Today, I was exiting my condo building and one of the employees was waiting outside for someone else to receive them into the building...I closed the door and said, ?I am sorry I am not aloud to let you enter (this is for the protection on my neighbors) because I do not know you.? As I was walking away he began to give me lip and preceded to call me a "little bitch"...I turned around and said, ?Excuse me?? And his reply was "you heard me". I was insulted by the lack of respect that this person had to someone he did not know and who did nothing wrong to him. I saw that there was a number on his truck...so I called this matter in and explained to the man what his employee just did and told him that it was unacceptable. He agreed but said he would do nothing because he is his eldest son. I said he should do something because this behavior is not acceptable and then he began to give me lip just like his son had...telling me that I should not tell him what to do. I was so frustrated by the lack of response and respect that this company had for the public...I gave him some lip back and hung up the phone. If you are someone who values a respectable company I recommend you never use Nisei Rug Cleaners.

Horrible service.. I called to see if they could clean my flokati rug. I have read on many flokati care websites that 1) you should not wash them with anything other than wool soap and 2) you should let them air dry and not expose them to heat.

When I asked the person who answered the phone about these two questions, he was very rude (how dare I ask him questions) and then just called me a name and hung up on me.

Anyone that is going to take an personal belonging and not simply explain what is going on doesn't deserve to do business.
