An inexpensive hotel near the city's main attractions.. In Short
This moderately priced European hotel has 79 guest rooms with in-room movies, voice mail and coffeemakers. The hotel also offers a launderette, parking and a complimentary hourly shuttle to Union Square. The restaurant next door, Cafe do Brazil, offers Brazilian and American fare. The hotel is near the Yerba Buena Gardens, Civic Center and the Museum of Modern Art.

Your dollars go a long way in this hotel. I don't know if you can get any better than this with your money. The staff is knowledgable and helpful, with more amenities than you would expect with the price: free newspaper, internet access!!! Our room is not big, maybe it feels smaller than it really is because of the oversize bed. The location is a bit out of the way, but it provides free shuttle service to union square. It is also very much accessible with public transportation. I would definitely go back to this hotel when I visit San Francisco in the future.
