STAY AWAY FROM TRINITY MANAGEMENT AT ALL COSTS!!! They are crooks; They will steal your security deposit like they stole mine. They are rude, miserable people; Good luck interacting with them once you've signed a lease. The properties aren't even that nice; For the rents they charge, you can do better. For a property manager, you CANNOT do worse. This is simple -- shear numbers. Look at all of the reviews of Trinity Management Services before renting from them -- I wish I had.

I have lived there for sometime. Man..... they are cold and very unprofessional people. Trinity Plaza building which is managed by Trinity Management Services is not a hygienic place to live. The apartments have cancer causing lead paint throughout, lifts are broken all the time, and windows of tenant's cars are broken in all the time. On top of everything the management and staff is so uncooperative and just unethical in the way they work. There are several cars been broken-in but they don't even want to put on a camera to monitor. The elevators most of the time have expired state seal and they are most of the time not working. Don't go far, even their maintenance people don't like the Trinity management. Also try locking yourself out after 6pm and you will be paying $50 to unlock, or sleep outside till the next morning when the office opens. HIGHLY NOT NOT NOT Recommended by the tenants who lived there.

Cons: Bad and unethical management, Cancer causing Lead paint, Cars broken-in and so on....
