Pizza for a price, but worth it. Many good eats here in the last couple years. It's important to know the right things to order here. Garlic pizza is the surest bet. Good wines, and everyone's very nice. Forget parking, tho.

ugh!. Too posh for me I guess. Not impressed with the pizza, overpriced and the salad tasted like weeds.

A long distant accolade. From 3000 miles away, I continue to rate Pauline's as one of the best pizza's I've ever had -- including pizza in Italy!

It's a must stop place when I'm in San Francisco.

Great Salads Too!. Pauline's offers a great selection of toppings that you won't usually find elswhere e.g. tasso ham,

arugala, smoked gouda, etc. They offer two nightly pizza specials (one veg., one non-veg.) and one nightly salad special (served with addictive twisted bread sticks!). Their pizza crust is delicious!

Best Cali-style Pizza. The best california style pizza. Can't compare it directly to Zachary's or NY gems like Totono's or Patsy's, it's the best in it's own category.

4 course meal in a pizza pie. Hands down the best in the city. Specials change nightly with eclectic toppings and extremely fresh ingredients. We eat there several nights a week as each pizza pie is like an extraordinary 4 course meal!!!
