HOURS CHANGED. I tried to do my laundry here tonight, arriving at 9:15 based on the 9:30 'last wash' listed here on citysearch. Well, the last call is now 8:30 so my laundry is still dirty. New hours, from brainwash dot com, submitted as an update but until it gets approved on citysearch, here they are:

Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 10:00pm

Friday & Saturday 7:00am - 11:00pm

Sunday 8:00am - 10:00pm

(last call for washers is 8:30pm)

Terrible customer service. Very rude service. I used to go to brainwash nearly every day but on this one they got the food totally wrong. I ordered an omelet which costed over 8 dollars and the insides of the omelet weren't even cooked. When i brought it up to the attention of the staff he mocked me and threw the food away not allowing a refund. I'll never go here again and proclaim EVERYONE to do the same

SoMa locals suds their duds, sip beer and eat burgers at this multi-tasker mecca.. In Short
Calling this place a laundromat is like reducing Yerba Buena to a grassy knoll. No one frequents Brainwash simply to do laundry. The adjoining street-side cafe serves burgers, salads and beer while hosting hip-hop groups, comedy nights and salacious people-watching. The entertainment schedule rivals that of most DJ bars, without cover charge, bouncer attitude or inflated drink prices. During open-mic nights, patrons pack in for standing-room-only capacity.

washed up. Maybe Saturday night isn't the night to spend in a coin-op laundry, but as far as efficient laundry establishments go, I can name six other coin-ops in the city that could've gotten the job done faster and with more satisfying results. Unfortunately, this particular night, I'd decided to empty the closet of all six large bags of wash, and when the dryers went off and the joint closed down, all six bags were still wet. Nothing like coming home with six body bags of damp laundry. A waste of $60. I won't soon forget.

Hip little spot. NOT BAD! I like that i can wash my clothes and walk into the other room and not feel like i am eating in a laundromat at all. In fact i didn't even know it was a laundromat at first. The food is pretty good- homemade potato chips and nice size portions. YUM !
