The expansive store offers 7,500 square feet chock full of larger pieces and accents like art deco-style vases and vibrant rugs.

A Customer Service Nightmare. I ordered a dining room table here on March 19, 2006. I put half down (which was immediately charged to my card) and told that it may take up to 8 weeks to arrive but the sales girl (her card said assistant manager) would call me within a week to give me the actual lead time. Two weeks later, still no call. When I called the store back I was told she no longer worked there but they would check and call me back. Nobody called back. I went to the website and sent an e-mail to customer service requesting a delivery date. I never received an answer. When I called back after one month I was told it takes 8 to 10 weeks and they have no way of knowing when it would arrive until it shows up and they will call me when it's here. I patiently waited until 11 weeks had passed and called the store back. This time I was told it won't be here until the end of June. That would mean 14 weeks! Had I known it would take this long to receive this table I would never have ordered it. The run-around and contradictory nonsense I receive every time I call is demeaning.

A little communication and truthfulness would have gone a long way. Instead, I'm an extremely unhappy customer who still does not have a dining room table.

Amazing Service. I've visited numerous furniture stores in the Bay Area in the past two years and Evolution is, by far, my favorite store. The contemporary-style furniture pieces are beautiful, high-quality and affordable. And the customer service is AMAZING.

Ive been working the store manager, Jennifer Pericolosi, for the past two years (as Ive been gradually furnishing a 3-bedroom condo), and I cant say enough good things about the wonderful customer service shes provided me with. She has visited my home numerous times to provide me with invaluable decorating advice; shes a good listener which allows her to quickly and directly lead me to furniture pieces that meet my needs (which saves me time); and, most importantly, she really cares about my customer satisfaction. I feel that she tries to say yes to my consumer requests whenever possible.

I will continue to go to Evolution first to meet all my furniture needs.

UNPROFESSIONAL DESIGNERS!!. Unprofessional designers do not follow thru or return calls. I am a designer, and after being completely misled with their "estimated" lead times (they told me 3-4 weeks, but it ended up taking 12 weeks!), they did not return phone calls. The manager was rude and offered nothing but rude excuses. I will NEVER recommend them to any of my clients in the future!!!
